Regardless of skill, if you love to get dirty when creating art, this class is for you.  Students taking Ceramics will be covering the pinch method, coil method, slab method, a combination of methods, wheel throwing, and free standing sculpture. Students will learn about different types of glazing techniques and alternative firing methods. Students will engage in experiences that encompass art history, art appreciation, art criticism, aesthetics and production. Sketchbooks will be used for project planning and ideas.  An excellent class to discover your potential as an artist.
