This course is suitable for all levels of artist.  Students will use acrylics and oils to complete paintings in a variety of styles on a variety of surfaces.  We will look at how paintings have changed over time and the reasons behind these evolutions.  Students will engage in experiences that encompass art history, art appreciation, art criticism, aesthetics and production. Sketchbooks will be required for idea building.
