I worked as a team leader at Montana Academy for three years prior to graduate school, following five years of working in residential treatment centers. The experience at Montana Academy was so positive that I elected to purse my doctoral degree so that I could further my clinical understanding and intervention skills. I also have experience with outdoor education and guiding trips in the wilderness.
