Parent Satisfaction
To measure parent satisfaction a member of Montana Academy’s Leadership Team meets with each graduating student's parents for an Exit Interview. During this conversation our staff ask parents first formally to rate various aspects of the Academy's program and school. Then, in an informal interview, we invite parents to provide feedback, to offer suggestions, and to make all the complaints that previously they may have been too polite to register.
From December 2008-December 2009 we asked parents to give us ratings on a 1 to 5 scale (1=very poor; 5=excellent). Starting in May 2009 we changed the 1 to 5 scale to 1=very dissatisfied, 3=just OK, and 5=very satisfied.
